FAQ
What happens if there is bad weather on the day?
No problem at all. If the weather is not suitable for the shoot we will reschedule you to the next available date at no extra charge. We always want the best possible result for your listing.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your shoot with no fee. Just contact us and we will sort out a new time that works for you.
Do I need to be home during the shoot?
No. You just need to provide access to the property. Our photographer will handle everything and you can go about your day as normal.
How long does the shoot take?
Most shoots take between 1 and 2 hours depending on the size of the property. Larger or premium properties may take a little longer but we will let you know in advance.
When will I receive my photos?
Your fully edited photo gallery will be delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. You will receive a link to download everything straight away.
What if I am not happy with the photos?
We want you to love your photos. If something is not right we will work with you to fix it. Just reach out within 48 hours of receiving your gallery and we will make it right.
Can I add extras like drone or video after I have booked?
Yes absolutely. Just let us know before the shoot date and we will add it to your booking. Drone shots and short form video walkthroughs are available as add ons to any package.
